Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Spin classes at CyclePath are designed for all levels. You control the resistance on your bike, so you can ride at your own pace while the instructor guides the structure and energy of the class.

Each spin class lasts 50 minutes. This allows time to warm up properly, train with intensity, and recover without feeling rushed.

We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear and bringing water. If you plan to use the showers after class, please bring your own towel.

Cycling shoes are not required. You can ride comfortably in regular training shoes.

Each class has a maximum of 15 riders and one instructor. This keeps the experience focused, personal, and immersive.

Spin is a low-impact workout and is generally gentle on the joints. If you have any medical concerns, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending.
