GERDA

I believe training is a balance of science, conscious movement, and individuality. With degrees in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Performance, I design spin sessions that are safe, effective, and built to push you - without losing the joy of movement. Backed by 15+ years in fitness and certifications in RPM, BodyPump, Pilates, and Level 3 training, my classes are high-energy, technique-driven, and adaptable - so every rider feels strong, confident, and seen. Expect great music, smart programming, and rides that hit with purpose.

REMI

I’m Belgian and have been living in Lithuania for the past few years. Over the years, I’ve competed in cycling races across Europe, and now I’m excited to share the energy I feel every time I get on a bike. Expect nothing but good vibes, powerful rides, and an experience that pushes you beyond your comfort zone - while learning how to truly enjoy the journey.

ERIKA

I am a former high-performance cyclist, cycling coach for children, and physical education teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport, and I bring that experience into every session I lead. My classes are built on motivation, positive energy, and constant encouragement. Whether you’re just starting or pushing your limits, you can expect a supportive atmosphere that helps you feel confident, capable, and inspired on the bike.

PAULA

I bring high energy, motivating playlists, and challenging rides that leave you sweaty, strong, and charged. I mix dance elements into every class, riding to everything from techno to Rihanna - expect to move, sweat, and leave breathless.

ROKAS

Lithuanian Road Cycling Champion 2023. I’ve been in this sport since childhood, chasing the professional level and racing around the world. Cycling gives me a sense of freedom and fulfillment - whether it prepares you for the day ahead or helps you release everything after it. Come to my session. Leave your power and emotions on the bike. Walk out with a clear mind.

GABRIELLE

Spin became part of my life while living in the United States for nearly 10 years. It was the one workout that always gave me more than just a sweat - it gave me clarity, release, and energy, no matter how the day started or ended. What I loved most was the feeling in the room: the music, the shared effort, and the quiet understanding that everyone was showing up with their own story. Moving through it together made everything feel lighter. That’s the experience I want to bring into every ride. A space to let go, reconnect, and leave feeling stronger - in your body, your mind, and yourself.
